Shelly K Staging founder/owner, Shelly Koehler, created this company out of a love of helping others and a desire to explore new passions after seeing first hand how much personal staging helped her sellers earn top profits selling their home.   She wanted to expand this business to help many realtors and sellers.  She has spent years serving others as a successful Residential Realtor and in the Residential Lending field in many aspects, and all while volunteering with several local and national organizations.  She also served on the board for several of these and her favorite by far has been being a wish grantor with Make A Wish.  Shelly has expended her businesses from the DFW area of Texas to this area to be closer to family and be with her grandbabies.  Life is a beautiful balance of hard work and love.​​
